Our slant boards are designed to help you achieve a full knee bend by performing slant board exercises. Slantboards have been popularized by Ben Patrick and the KneesOverToes community. Slant board exercises can be used to decrease the risk of knee pain during fullkneebend activities.
A slant board can be used to strengthen the knee extensors through a larger range of motion than you would normally be able to access. You can also strengthen your VMO, regain knee flexion and help build knee resilience.
Our slant boards are the perfect add-on to any training program ranging from bodyweight exercises to heavy back squats.
